When you access the site, your browser automatically transmits data that Vercel stores in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This processing is necessary to deliver the site securely and reliably and is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU standard contractual clauses agreed with Vercel.

If you use our contact form we process the name, email address and message you provide, in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (Nexted Innovations, Kerala, India), which forwards the content of your message to our mailbox by email. Web3Forms acts as a processor on our behalf and does not use the data for its own purposes.

We keep your enquiry until it has been dealt with, and thereafter for as long as statutory retention obligations require.

If you write to us directly, we process the data in your message to answer it. The legal bases are the same as for the contact form.

This site sets a single cookie, named 'locale'. It stores the language you selected so the site opens in that language on your next visit. It contains no identifier and is not used for analysis. It is strictly necessary for the requested functionality, so no consent is required (§165(3) TKG 2021).

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are visited and how quickly they load.

Both work without cookies and without storing personal data on your device. Visits are recorded in aggregate; no profiles are built and individual visitors are not identified. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, fast website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This site uses the Geist typeface. The font files are delivered from our own server; no connection to Google servers is made when you visit and no data is transmitted to Google.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in respect of your personal data. To exercise them, write to us at the address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at) if you believe our processing infringes data protection law.
